Google's records and your records may not match. A renewed license may not be reflected in Google's verification, an insurance certificate on file may have expired, or the legal name on your license may not match the LSA account or Business Profile.
What documents do I need to get my Google Guaranteed badge back?
Usually an in-force insurance certificate with the correct type and coverage limit, an active license, and business registration, all in the same legal name as the LSA account and linked Google Business Profile.
How long does LSA reinstatement take?

My Google Business Profile was suspended too. Which do I fix first?
