How does the 100% money-back guarantee work?

Eligible Google Ads policy, billing, and Merchant Center reinstatement services carry the 60-day money-back guarantee. You pay upfront. If we do not reinstate your account within 60 calendar days, you get a full refund of the eligible service fee, subject to terms and client cooperation. The guarantee does not currently apply to diagnostic-only, verification-only, retainer, LSA, Google Business Profile, or Microsoft Advertising services.

What does fixed price mean here?

Each reinstatement service is a single fixed fee for the full scope listed: audit, remediation, appeal writing, and the follow-up rounds named for that service. No hourly billing, no retainers on reinstatement work, no surprise add-ons after you start.

Why does the audit cost money if the diagnosis is free?

The free diagnosis names your suspension type and tells you whether we can help. The AdReinstate Audit is the deeper forensic review: account history, security, tracking, and billing, with a written report. Its fee is credited toward any reinstatement service if you continue within 14 days.

How are the retainers different from reinstatement?

Retainers are monthly prevention, not recovery. They monitor a reinstated or high-risk account so a suspension does not happen again. Reinstatement services are one-time fixed fees for getting a suspended account back.
